[TERMS.SYS]
By installing or playing PVP you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
Playing
PVP is a game of skill between two players. Play fairly: no bots, scripts, automation, exploits, or interfering with the game or its servers. We may limit, suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.
Your account
Your account is tied to your device. You are responsible for what happens on it. Accounts and cosmetics have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred.
Purchases
Where the game offers purchases, they are one-time items bought through Google Play at the price shown. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. Deleting your account removes what you bought with it.
Content
Player names are assigned by the game. The game, its art and its code belong to Last Digit Games or its licensors.
Availability and liability
The game is provided "as is". We may change, pause or end it at any time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of progress. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; continued play means you accept the update. Questions: support@lastdigitgames.com.
